
Administrative Support Professional

As a key member of our team, the Front Desk Executive plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or similar roles.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer calls to relevant personnel or departments as required.
- Manage internal and external calls, providing timely updates on call status.
- Maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, security, and other related activities.
- Prepare data related to HR/admin, such as overtime, canteen details, and other relevant information.
- Perform various HR & Admin-related tasks as required.
- Document scanning, printing, and filing.
- Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules.
- Front Office supplies and inventory maintenance.
- Guest Management: welcome guests, arrange tea/coffee, set arrangements, and provide lunch for visitors.
- Pantry Management: maintain stock, crockery items, chocolate stock, and office boy duties during guest visits and in the office.
- Courier Management: maintain courier entries, distribute couriers, check monthly invoices, and resolve issues.
- Library Management: maintain library registers, issue books, send reminders, and motivate employees to read.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient English communication (speaking and writing) skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
