We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle human resource and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records, perform formalities, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Monitor attendance and leave management to maintain a productive work environment.
- Ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, communication, and vendor coordination effectively.
- Manage office supplies to maintain a well-organized workplace.
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors/clients with professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication efficiently.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience is not required but an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
