Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment Center. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also providing guidance and support to your team members.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end operations of the facility, including executing inbound and outbound operations, coordinating physical and virtual workflows, and ensuring products are shipped on time to meet customer delivery promises.

You will also be responsible for driving performance management of your team members, preparing and implementing training and development plans, and continuously improving the delivery process.

In addition, you will conduct daily audits to ensure compliance with Amazon standards, and serve as a point of contact for third-party delivery providers.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
