**Job Title:** Operations Management Executive

 

As an Operations Management Executive, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve desired results and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. You will ensure team member productivity, provide training, and handle managerial tasks to deliver projects on time and meet client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflow to maximize project capacity.
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team members.
  • Effectively manage operations by resolving daily challenges such as absenteeism, erratic workflows, and ad-hoc requests. Develop strong relationships with team members by conducting regular one-on-one meetings and empathizing with their concerns.
  • Maintain constant communication with US offices through calls and emails.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit them timely to the required recipients.
  • Conduct random quality checks on volumes processed by team members.
  • Hold daily meetings with the team and provide timely process updates to maintain quality.
  • Anticipate client needs and prepare reports accordingly.
  • Review QC feedback and devise ways to improve team quality.
  • Conduct spot checks to uphold quality standards.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, including security, trade secrets, and confidentiality of information.

 

Professional Qualifications/Experience:

  • Graduate or master's degree in any stream is mandatory.
  • Be proactive in taking up new challenges and increasing personal exposure.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Good networking skills across the organization to accomplish tasks.
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training.
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO.
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure.
  • Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet.
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach team members about process nuances.
  • Knowledge of financial services and class action/mass tort is desirable.
  • Ability to interact confidently with US internal and external customers.
  • Candidate with experience in legal process domains will be advantageous.
  • Ability to review reports and take actions based on data.
  • Ability to manage change.
  • Job requires working in night shifts (USA shift timing with additional allowances) and on Indian holidays.

 

Career Progression:

If you perform well in this role, you may have opportunities to grow into Senior Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager positions.
