Plant Operations Director

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned manufacturing leader with expertise in driving productivity, quality and profitability through effective lean methodologies, robust preventive maintenance systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position involves overseeing production strategy and operational alignment, implementing zero-defect systems, achieving on-time delivery targets, leading cost-reduction programs and Kaizen activities. The successful candidate will also lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, quality, supply chain and engineering teams to ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management System standards and ESG protocols.

  • Drive performance management systems and maintain strong industrial relations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Mechanical Engineering degree is essential for this role, along with 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry and 5+ years in a leadership position. Strong expertise in lean manufacturing processes is also required.
