Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee resource allocation and planning, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources. This involves performing thorough analyses of project needs and employee capabilities, as well as managing the internal talent pool and bench.

You will be responsible for handling internal resource demand-supply management effectively, assigning personnel to projects based on their skills, past experience, availability, and project-specific requirements. Additionally, you will create and deliver regular reports on bench status, utilization metrics, allocation details, and roll-off projections.

Collaboration with internal departments is crucial to ensure seamless resource management operations. You will also be responsible for planning and executing processes related to demand forecasting, campus recruitment, and deployment, as well as employee engagement and partnering with business leaders to enable efficient and strategic resource allocation.
