Senior Human Resources Manager

The Senior Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, leading, directing, and coordinating HR matters across the organization. This individual ensures that all HR needs are met and aligned with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic HR plans to support business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management systems to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution processes.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure staffing levels align with business needs.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning.


Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead internal recruiters to support hiring activities across the region.
  • Develop recruiting plans and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence in recruitment processes and strategies.


Candidate Profile:

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 5 years at managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of employment ordinances and statutory requirements.
  • Familiarity with working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Multi-tasking, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and organized.
