Senior Human Resources Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, including audits and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
