Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Description

  As a senior human resources manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring that all employees have a positive work experience.

  You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

  HR certification is a plus

  Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management within the hotel industry

  Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and initiatives

  Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the hospitality industry

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
