Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of inside sales representatives in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics, analyze data, and generate periodic reports to track team performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to align efforts with overall business strategies.
Requirements
  • Lead Generation: Ensure generation of leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Market Research: Conduct timely market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activity, and potential customers in target industries.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, product enhancements, product improvements, new features, and new products.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate Profile: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and manage a team, and experience in sales and business development.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, and proficiency in CRM software.
