Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic and operational hiring initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
  • Leadership Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
  • Interview and Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
  • Mentorship and Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
  • Skill Set: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities. Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor and inspire others within the TA function.
