About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent in the industry. You will be working closely with senior leaders to drive business performance through effective organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring that the right candidates are hired for the right roles. Your focus will be on building a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and issues in a fair and timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including social media marketing, job postings, and networking events.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, training and development, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business performance through effective organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong recruiting skills, active listening, negotiation, presentation, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: People-oriented, results-driven, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
