The responsibilities include Hands on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in US Staffing, utilizing creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities, Good in sourcing and screening candidates using various job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc., Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand the needs of the positions and technical skills required, Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment, Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.

  • 5 - 7 years of work experience as an US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years of experience as a team lead on paper.
  • Experience on W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP is a must.
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Non-IT sector.
  • Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
