Key Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, initial assessments, in-depth interviews, and extended interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define tailored recruitment strategies, and facilitate a seamless integration of new team members.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate in-depth interviews, collaborate with hiring managers for technical rounds, and assist with decision-making processes.
  • Negotiate employment offers, benefits packages, and terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and recommend improvements to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Promote the employer brand, enhance visibility as an attractive employer choice, and contribute to a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition and implement best practices in recruitment processes.
