**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent recruitment skills, a strong understanding of talent management, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
    2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    3. Maintain a database of potential candidates and network contacts to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
    4. Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media channels.
    5. Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
    6. Negotiate salary offers and benefits packages with selected candidates.
    7. Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
