Corporate Strategy Leader

We are seeking a visionary Corporate Strategy Director to spearhead our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with business objectives, driving innovation and growth initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Corporate Planning/Development: Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, leading due diligence processes and negotiations.
  • Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth, overseeing the development of new products, services, and business models.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives, communicating progress to various stakeholders.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate and deliver results in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and commercial implications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors.
  • Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting.
  • Experience in techno-commercial functions is a strong advantage.
