This is a fixed-salary position that demands co-founder level activity, lived ownership, and intense learning.

You'll shadow our Founder daily, participate in key meetings, structure discussions, manage follow-ups, and drive execution across teams.

High-context switching is essential – managing multiple tasks, such as product development, growth strategies, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations.

Travel is expected, either with our Founder or independently, and fast-paced schedules are the norm.

Key programs will directly impact growth and scale. Ideal candidates have real-world startup experience (successful or not).
