Job Description

As a Sales and Aftermarket Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and growth in the mobile hydraulics aftermarket.

  • Deliver service business development of mobile hydraulics machines, focusing on road construction, mining, and concrete machines.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in the aftermarket, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through the installed base life cycle.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service consultation to customers.
  • Foster internal relationships with service organizations and other departments.

Market Intelligence

  • Consolidate competition analysis and plan strategies with account development managers.
  • Visualize the market and plan resources accordingly.
  • Consolidate market trends and plan measures.

Reports and Planning

  • Develop sales planning, strategy formulation, and deployment for the aftermarket.
  • Review and attain key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a mechanical background and 2-6 years of relevant experience. Preferred competencies include customer orientation, in-depth product knowledge, communication and presentation skills, sales skills, and contract/legal knowledge.
