About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Development Professional to join our team at Cummins Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to grow our business in the East zone, focusing on Meritor aftermarket products and distributor market segments.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage sales specialists in the region to achieve growth plans and sales goals.Implement specific sales strategies to increase volume and market share.Promote Meritor aftermarket products to customers according to company policies and procedures.Collect payments from customers on time or maintain a reasonable AR according to company policies.Develop and maintain good customer relationships, identifying customer needs and ensuring excellent service and support with added value.Coordinate with other departments of Cummins to satisfy customers.Requirements:
Education: College or university degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related subject, or acceptable sales-related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Sales Forecasting: Collecting and assessing customer data from internal and external sources, comparing against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns.
Sales Pipeline Management: Planning proactively for successful execution of account/territory-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline, evaluating pipeline health, adjusting sales strategy, plans, or high-impact activities accordingly.
