Acute Care Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager for Acute Care, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your defined regional territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales revenue targets and represent Medtronic in accordance with its policies.
A Day in the Life:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume objectives and key product goals.
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and account data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continuation of business.
- Ensure effective territorial coverage and implementation of promotional strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, science).
- Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in concept selling, medical devices, or a related field.
- Experience in distribution management and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong grasp of market complexities, competition, and customer preferences.
- Ability to prioritize and execute as per business needs.
- Strong analytical skills to understand local markets and customer needs.
