Customer Service Manager

As a key member of the Accor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at Novotel Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained to provide a high level of cleanliness and service.
- To establish and maintain seamless coordination with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
- To respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A service-focused personality is essential, and previous leadership experience is required.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.
- The ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders is crucial.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to convey thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly.
- Leadership skills are required to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.
Estimated Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications. This salary range takes into account the company's standards and industry norms.
