Employer Branding Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Manager to join our team at ANSR Global. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing employer branding initiatives and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

The successful Employer Branding Manager will be responsible for developing and executing employer branding strategies/activities to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing internal communications plans and working with teams to ensure internal brand campaign success
  • Defining social media calendars, drafting post copies, using hashtags, scheduling, and reporting
  • Maintaining awareness of all employee review sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, Ambition Box, etc.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align employer branding initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Organizing and executing on-ground activities like recruitment events, employer branding workshops, and employee engagement programs
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations on employer branding activities and their impact on talent acquisition and retention
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field
  • 7-9 years of experience in employer branding, social media marketing, or related roles
  • A proven track record of successfully executing employer branding initiatives and campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of social media channels, analytics tools, and reporting metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for content creation and storytelling
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
