Job Opportunity

The role of a Yardi Process Lead involves providing expert guidance in the implementation and operation of various key modules within the Yardi system. This includes Leasing (Commercial & Residential), Procure to Pay, Finance, Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue, Facilities Manager, Collection Manager, Deal Manager, Fixed Assets, and Unit Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7s, 8, Elevate modules.
  • Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.
  • Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.
  • Coordinate with Yardi support to resolve open issues and service requests.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager, Elevate.
  • Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules.
  • Experience in Yardi Elevate modules is an advantage.
  • Prior implementation experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred.
  • Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflow.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
