Lead Fund Setup and Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Fund Setup and Conversion Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality results.



About the Role:
  • Lead and manage fund setup and conversion projects for closed-ended structures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Analyze and map capital account data, commitments, distributions, and waterfall logic for migration, leveraging expertise in platforms like Yardi, Investran, AllVue, or Efront.
  • Prepare and upload chart of accounts, investor allocations, and historical transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform reconciliations against audited financials and investor statements, driving automation, process improvement, and system enhancements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 12 years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration or related finance roles, with a strong understanding of closed-ended fund structures, capital accounting, and waterfall mechanics.
  2. Experience with platforms like Yardi, Investran, AllVue, Efront, or similar, and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects.
