We are seeking a professional to fill an exciting role in our International Process team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer interactions via voice or email/chat channels depending on the process.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory): You must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of computers and typing speed will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries with professionalism.
- Willingsness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
