We are seeking an accomplished Program Delivery Manager to drive impactful projects and contribute to our organization's growth. A seasoned professional with 8-18 years of experience in Project Management will thrive in this role, leveraging their expertise in project and delivery management to oversee end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance.

This position involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction and team growth. The successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and timely outcomes, manage scope, timeline, and profitability for assigned projects, and develop proposals, review estimates, and ensure optimal resource allocation.

Mentorship and leadership skills are essential for this role, as the Program Delivery Manager will mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives, establishing strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms. Additionally, they will act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.

Promoting and implementing mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans is crucial for success in this position. Evaluating and adopting tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery will also be a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in project and delivery management, strong scope and customer relationship management, and experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS. Leadership skills in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation are also essential.

Proficiency in business development and account mining, as well as PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms, are highly desirable skills. Change management and stakeholder engagement skills will also be beneficial.
