Strategic Program Management Director

A senior-level position that oversees the delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering collaboration to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define program scope and monitor execution of deliverables through Agile Project Management methodologies.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes, promoting transparency and adaptability.
  • Engage with team members and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment, driving project success through effective stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation to track progress and ensure visibility into project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Agile Project Management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with Strategic Program Management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
  • Ability to utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting, as well as develop and implement process improvements.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management, with a focus on delivering complex projects.
  • 15 years full-time education required, with a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Project Management.
