Job Title: Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of a Source to Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Program and oversee additional engagement.

This person is responsible for governing, planning, and driving execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across a complex, cross-functional initiative aimed at transforming procurement processes and enabling best-in-class digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Delivery: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate regular program meetings, steering committees, and status reporting. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols.
  • Change Management Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests and help manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience. PMP Certification would be preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME Experience in Procurement Processes.
  • Understanding of Integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, with large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
