Strategic HR Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team as a Strategic HR Program Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to design, plan, and implement employee programs that enhance engagement and drive business outcomes.

About The Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Research and analyze best practices in employee engagement, talent development, and diversity equity and inclusion to inform program design.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve future initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging issues in HR, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in program design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management skills.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analytics to inform program development.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and address diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
