Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving business growth through effective human capital management. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization as the Head of Human Resources, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR strategy and implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for various functions, ensuring timely onboarding of high-calibre talent.
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
    Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, Gratuity, ESI, and related regulations.
  • HR Policy Development & Implementation:
    Formulate and enforce HR policies, particularly around leave management, attendance, and workplace discipline. Drive awareness across teams and foster a positive work culture.
  • HRIS Management & Automation:
    Oversee HR software systems, ensure data accuracy, and drive integration to streamline HR operations.
  • Employee Engagement & General Administration:
    Promote a collaborative culture, address grievances, and oversee general administrative HR functions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Liaison Role:
    Act as a vital link between top management and operational teams, maintaining effective communication and people alignment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years in HR, with exposure to core HR functions.
  • Graduate (MBA in HR is an advantage, not mandatory).
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Marathi.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRIM systems and solid understanding of Indian labour laws and payroll regulations.
