Our organization is seeking an experienced Program Leader to oversee the execution of educational technology programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring impactful outcomes for students and mentors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student batches from onboarding to successful completion, guaranteeing program success through effective schedule management and performance metric analysis.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between students, mentors, and internal teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Closely monitor student engagement and progress, providing timely interventions when necessary to address any issues that may arise.
  • Support mentors in delivering high-quality sessions and improve post-sales processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze key metrics such as attendance, completion rates, feedback, and NPS to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to develop and implement effective solutions that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Proactively address issues such as dropouts and delays, resolving them efficiently and effectively to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in educational technology program management is essential.
  • A strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
