Program Management Opportunity

  • About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various programs, ensuring their successful implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate program progress, assess outcomes, and recommend improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, industry partners, and participants.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for program inquiries and communication.
Event Planning and Coordination
  • Organize and oversee events, workshops, and seminars related to the program.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage program budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Oversee resource allocation and optimize operational efficiency.
Marketing and Promotion
  • Collaborate with the communications team to promote programs through various channels.
  • Develop content for marketing materials, social media, and newsletters.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect and analyze data on program performance and participant feedback.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
Curriculum Development
  • Develop and structure educational programs, courses, and learning materials.
  • Align curriculum with institutional standards, learner needs, and accreditation requirements.
  • Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning.
  • Conduct needs assessments and research to inform curriculum updates.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders for content development.
  • Evaluate and revise curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with educational technologies and platforms.
