Program Director Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Director to lead the development and implementation of our Computer Applications program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the program, aligning it with industry trends and student needs.
  • Department Management: Effectively manage the department, allocating resources for program development and ensuring efficient operation.
  • Student Support: Oversee student advising and career counseling services, providing guidance and support to BCA students.
  • Program Promotion: Represent the program at college events, industry conferences, and meetings, promoting its excellence and value.
  • Team Motivation: Manage and motivate departmental staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science and Application or a related field (Ph.D. / NET / SET preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience teaching at the undergraduate level in computer applications.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a higher education institution is highly desirable.
  • Tech Savviness: Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in computer applications education, along with proficiency in using relevant computer applications and educational technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students and faculty.
