Your Role in Our Journey

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of HRIS cutover and release activities across multiple modules. This includes developing detailed cutover schedules, coordinating mock cutovers, and identifying and managing cutover tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage cutover plans and schedules
  • Coordinate mock cutovers and final cutover execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure readiness for go-live
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on cutover progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Release Management
  • Plan and execute Workday release cycles, including feature adoption, testing, deployment, and post-release reviews
  • Collaborate with Workday functional leads, business users, and change control boards to assess release impacts
  • Maintain documentation and metrics related to release activities
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
  • Serve as a consultative partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Ensure alignment with HR technology roadmaps and organizational goals

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with experience in leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions quickly. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
