At the forefront of Workday HRIS implementation, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cutover and release activities across multiple modules.

Cutover Management Expertise:

This role leads the planning, execution, and governance of Workday cutovers to ensure seamless transitions during system implementations and upgrades.

  • Develop detailed cutover schedules across technical, functional, and organizational change management areas.
  • Coordinate mock cutovers and final cutover execution.
  • Identify and manage cutover tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on cutover progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Release Cycle Specialist:

This expert plans and executes Workday release cycles, including feature adoption, testing, deployment, and post-release reviews.

  • Collaborate with Workday functional leads, business users, and change control boards to assess release impacts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to governance and change control processes.
  • Drive deployment and adoption of new Workday features aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain documentation and metrics related to release activities.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement:

This role serves as a consultative partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication.

  • Lead governance efforts to ensure consistency and quality in release and cutover processes.
  • Ensure alignment with HR technology roadmaps and organizational goals.
