
Sales Growth Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share through the execution of go-to-market strategies.
This role involves leading end-to-end activations, asset maintenance, vendor selection and coordination for business-to-business (B2B) activities. You will also be responsible for developing insights, segmenting existing customers, and recruiting new customers to drive revenue growth.
Additionally, you will develop and execute market activation plans for new products, implement marketing activities and promotions to generate demand, and measure performance to identify optimization opportunities.
You will support growth calls execution and market business review cycles, enable and engage customers, and drive customer readiness and productivity.
Finally, you will identify, develop and maintain relationships with decision makers and influencers in customers' organizations and ecosystems.
Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 8 years of experience in channel sales and trade marketing is required, preferably in a dealership-model based consumer product industry.
Exposure to multiple geographies in West India region (MMR and Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa) is essential, along with experience managing channel partners, engaging with dealers, and managing schemes.
Strong communication skills are also necessary to succeed in this role.
