Job Title:

HR and Office Operations Manager

Raj Seeds Traders is the Largest producer of Vegetable Certified Seeds in India, aiming to become the largest Seed Company in Fodder & Manure Seed Production in India within 5 years.

We are mainly involved in Government supplies and require an HR & Admin Manager to lead our recruitment cycle and ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement Human Resource policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, purchase of stationery, and procurement of other office items.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
  • Prepare administrative and Human Resource reports to support management in decision-making.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for Human Resource and administration.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Human Resource and office administration,
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Human Resource Management software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
