Instructional Design Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to lead our academic structure and progression, ensuring alignment with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.

The successful candidate will design and own the curriculum, supervise high-quality learning material creation, ensure conceptual clarity and accuracy across all content, and manage a team of Subject Matter Experts, content developers, and educators.

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with deep subject expertise and academic rigor, who can drive our educational mission forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and own the academic structure and progression of the curriculum aligned with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.
  • Content Creation: Supervise the creation of high-quality learning materials including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of SME's, content developers, and educators. Conduct regular reviews and ensure team alignment with academic goals.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D from a reputed institution
  • 7+ Years of teaching or academic leadership experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an ed-tech or test prep company
  • Relevant experience in cbse 10th board curriculum
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor
  • Preferred candidates have an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, digital tools, and LMS is a plus
