Job Description
  • As an experienced Middle School Coordinator, you will oversee the development and implementation of lesson plans that align with modern pedagogical strategies and curriculum standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teachers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Plan Oversight
    • Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers, ensuring alignment with modern pedagogical strategies and curriculum standards.
    • Offer feedback and recommendations for improvement in a constructive and timely manner.
  • Teacher Support & Training
    • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance lesson planning and instructional delivery.
    • Conduct follow-up workshops and training sessions to reinforce modern teaching methods.
  • Classroom Observations
    • Conduct formal and informal classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness.
    • Share targeted, actionable feedback with teachers to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare monthly academic performance and teaching quality reports for school leadership.
    • Maintain open communication with leadership to address challenges and track progress.
  • Academic Quality Assurance
    • Ensure consistent implementation of school-approved teaching and learning strategies.
    • Collaborate with leadership to make academic decisions that improve instructional quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in an instructional leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing teaching and learning improvements at scale.

A successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and curriculum design, excellent observation, feedback, and coaching skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate teachers with varied levels of openness to change.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach to tracking academic performance and be able to maintain open communication with leadership to address challenges and track progress.
