Performance Marketing Lead Role

Are you a highly skilled and results-driven digital marketer seeking a challenging leadership position in performance marketing? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our agency's performance marketing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).

  • Technical expertise: Deep platform knowledge, analytics skills, and campaign troubleshooting.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to think beyond tactics and develop holistic growth strategies.
