Senior Program Manager

We seek a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead project progress and collaborate with business stakeholders. With a strong track record of delivering IT projects, the ideal candidate will possess expert-level project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure deliverables are on track and within scope.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines, and promote process improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases and generate regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in IT; preferred 2+ years of program management experience.
  • 5+ years of project management and/or related experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing agile projects and translating business strategy into roadmaps.
  • Proven experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Xstore or Point of Sale (POS) systems, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of Java, Oracle DB, and Webservices. Experience with JIRA and collaborating with North American counterparts is also highly desirable.
