Job Description

As an Airline Customer Service Representative with Karnavati Aviation Private Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highest standards of customer service and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for passengers throughout the flight.
  • Prepare and serve meals and refreshments as per guests' preferences.
  • Aware of safety and emergency procedures in case of evacuation, flight diversions, etc.
  • Participate actively in crew briefing/debriefings, conduct pre-flight checks, assist in passenger emplaning and deplaning, secure cabin for take-off and landing.
  • Ensure passenger safety during an emergency and provide guidance on safety procedures, emergency exit, life jackets, etc.
  • Disembark safely at the end of a flight and check for any left luggage or suspicious items.
  • Complete paperwork, including writing a flight report.
  • C Coordinate with external agencies for timely supply of food and beverages and maintaining adequate stock.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, refurbishments, and hygiene inside the aircraft.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in cabin crew or hotel management background to provide high standards of customer experience & service.
  • Good knowledge of DGCA regulations.
  • Tallness: at least 155 cm.
  • Fluency in communication.
