Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logging IT issues through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and web portal.
  • Using tools such as Manage Engine and ADX to log, track, and resolve incidents.
  • Assigning tasks to engineers and ensuring timely closure.
  • Maintaining HP warranty call tracker in ADX.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
