Front Office Supervisor

Job Title: Front Office Supervisor
This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader to oversee the operational aspects of the Front Office department. As our new Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department, working closely with colleagues and manager to achieve this goal.
You will be responsible for coordinating and arranging reception activities, managing employees in exchange shifts, planning efficiently, coaching and developing the team, and optimizing the department to increase turnover.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or similar, experience in Opera, Microsoft Word and Outlook, and at least 1-1.5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
You will also need to have strong communication skills, be an excellent team player, and have a service-focused personality.
