">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: 1.5 years in a similar role
- Education: Diploma or BHM
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Time management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive salary: Rs.2.04 Lakhs -2.28 Lakhs p.a

- Flexible working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 8 PM

- Take ownership of restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Supervise food and beverage service staff and provide guidance and coaching as needed
- Monitor inventory and ordering systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant efficiency and profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
