Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Associate to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients from provided leads and directories to initiate meaningful conversations with high net worth individuals (HNI) / ultra high net worth individuals (UHNI)
  • Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings to clients
  • Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team
  • Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written
  • Pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a significant advantage
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets
