Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

The Role involves managing relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Collaboration with internal teams is also required to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions is an essential part of this role.

Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Conducting site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions will also be a key responsibility. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from retail mortgages.
