Drive Mortgage Business Growth

As a key member of the Consumer Banking Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the Mortgage business in your territory.

Your primary focus will be on delivering top-line growth and bottom-line results for the Mortgage business in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire customers for Home Loans from open market, branch network, channel partners, and builder relationships.
  • Establish new relationships with the builder community based on projects and expansion plans.
  • Develop strategic business plans and roll them out to drive revenue streams through various product offerings.
  • Manage portfolios, PDDs, collections, customer service, vendor management, and guide customers towards applying for Property Loans Against Properties.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Mortgage sales, meeting loan volume targets.
  • Understanding of the mortgage business and market.
  • Thorough knowledge of products offered.
  • Relevant experience in local assets markets and understanding of key customer segments.
