Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our HR operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of salaries.

- Manage day-to-day HR operations including compliance, employee records, and HR systems">
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, TDS, etc.)">
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and employee life cycle management">
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits">
- Monitor HR & payroll metrics (attrition, attendance, compliance, payroll accuracy) and prepare management reports">
- Manage HR audits, statutory filings, and liaison with external consultants/authorities">
- Implement process improvements and automation for payroll and HR operations efficiency">
