Job Title: Professor - Physiotherapy

We are seeking an exceptional academic professional to fill a key role in teaching, research and service within our department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering educational content, conducting impactful research, and providing excellent service to the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Instruct in areas of physiotherapy at various academic levels, create and maintain course materials and curriculum, and evaluate students' assignments and performance.
  • Research: Perform research in physiotherapy, targeting publication in acclaimed journals, and seek external funding to facilitate research activities.
  • Mentorship: Provide academic and career mentorship to students, oversee student projects and research efforts, and engage in departmental and university service, including committee participation.

Requirements:

  • A Ph.D. in physiotherapy or a related field
  • Demonstrable ability or potential for research and teaching excellence
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A track record of publications in academic journals
  • Experience in securing research funding
  • Relevant industry experience in physiotherapy
